Il mwbgmuggine occhio giallo (mwbwmwcaAldrichetta forsteri (mwcqValenciennes, 1836)), è un mwcgpesce appartenente alla mwcwfamiglia mwdaMugilidae, diffuso nell'mwdqoceano Pacifico sud-occidentale. È l'unica mwdgspecie del mwdwgenere mweamweqAldrichetta.cite-ref-fishbase-1-0[1]

Si differenzia dalle altre specie di questa famiglia per i suoi occhi intensamente gialli. Le sue dimensioni variano da 25 a 50 centimetri, il suo peso massimo è di circa 1 chilo.cite-ref-fishbase-1-1[1]
